Man is arrested suspected of trying to kill partner by biting in Magé

A man was arrested in flagrante delicto in Piabetá, district of Magé, in Baixada Fluminense, suspected of trying to kill his partner with several bites to the face. Motorcycle rider dies after being shot by Military Police during approach in Icaraí, in Niterói

A 26-year-old motorcycle rider died after being shot during a police approach on Rua Mariz e Barros, in Icaraí, Niterói. Agents from the Niterói Presente program were patrolling when they tried to approach the motorcycle rider, who allegedly disobeyed the stop order. During the approach, one of the police officers fired a shot that hit the man in the head. Rescued by the Fire Department and taken to Hospital Estadual Azevedo Lima, he could not resist his injuries. The police officer responsible was arrested and taken to a prison unit of the corporation, and the Military Police Internal Affairs is following the case.
