Prime Minister Luís Montenegro was present at the ceremonies marking the start of the school year in the city. His visit underscored the importance the government places on the education sector.
Montenegro attended the inauguration of the Barbosa du Bocage School Center, an educational infrastructure that reinforces the offering of teaching spaces in the Setúbal region.
This reinforcement of 600 teachers comes at the start of the school year, representing one of the largest batches of teacher hirings in the region.
