Municipal Market of Seia Hosts 1st Edition of Craft Fair

Jornal Santa Marinha12 September 2026 at 23:15

The Municipal Market of Seia hosted this afternoon the first edition of a new Craft Fair. The initiative is promoted by artisan @z.atami, who challenged local creators to come together to exhibit and promote their artisanal work.

The event highlights the diversity of materials and artisanal production techniques, bringing together pieces made in cement, embroidery, 3D printing, leather, felt, and costume jewelry.

The objective of the project is to enhance local production and give greater visibility to the talents of the region, with a planned monthly frequency always for the second weekend of each month. This fair also takes place tomorrow afternoon, from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Why this matters

Readers in the Seia region now have a new monthly cultural activity where they can discover and support local artisans. The fair represents an opportunity for creators in the region to promote their work and for the community to value artisanal production in the area. This initiative comes from an effort by a local artisan to unite the creative community of the region.

The energy only picked up when he presented his version of "Bum Bum Tam Tam" by MC Fioti. Wearing a jacket in Brazil's colors, the artist alternated between Spanish and some Portuguese words to try to engage the audience.

Modern voice of Argentine music, Milo J is received with enthusiasm at Rock in Rio

The young 19-year-old Argentine singer Milo J performed at Rock in Rio's Supernova Stage, being received with enthusiasm by the audience despite performing on the alternative stage. Considered a modern voice of Argentine music, Milo J performs with a large and almost entirely acoustic band (guitar, bass, keyboards, violin, percussion and samples), creating an almost tribal sound that modernizes the traditional Argentine sound. With popular songs on streaming platforms and two sold-out dates in São Paulo, the artist opened the show with "Bajo de la piel", accompanied by a carijado choir, demonstrating strong connection with the Brazilian public.
