Free session analyzes what blocks the profitability of agencies

Postal do Algarve12 September 2026 at 18:50

WitFlow will hold on September 17, 2026 a free online session entitled "Your Agency Is Busy. But Is It Growing?", integrated in the GROWTH BOX event series. The meeting, lasting 90 minutes, will be broadcast via LinkedIn Live between 18:00 and 19:30, London time. The initiative is aimed at founders, managers and heads of different areas of the sector, including marketing agencies, creative and advertising agencies, brand, design and digital studios, as well as consultancies in various areas.

The central theme of the session is the operational problems that block agency growth and profitability. The promoter identifies that increased activity and billing are not always accompanied by improvements in profit, team capacity or operational control. Among the factors to be analyzed are unplanned additional work, revisions, task repetition, manual information handoffs and constant dependence on senior professionals to resolve urgencies.

The organization intends to help participants identify work stages that consume time and margin, seeking to improve the articulation between teams, decisions and commercial results. A live demonstration of a demand generation workflow is planned, showing the connection between information gathering and actions directed at those responsible for purchasing decisions. The session will also address the role of technology and automation in reducing repetitive tasks, distinguishing processes that can benefit from these solutions from areas that should continue under human responsibility.

Participation is free, but requires prior registration through the event page on the Luma platform. GROWTH BOX is an event series promoted by WitFlow, a platform that seeks to connect information about audiences, strategy, creation and execution of commercial actions.

Why this matters

The session addresses a common problem in the sector: many agencies confuse increased activity with real growth, since more clients can generate more manual work and complexity without proportional improvements in profit. The event is of interest to founders, managers and operational heads of agencies, studios and consultancies looking to identify inefficiencies in their processes and improve the articulation between teams, decisions and commercial results.

Record Heatwave in France Will Make Champagne with Higher Alcohol — and Stronger

A record heatwave in France resulted in sweeter grapes for champagne production, allowing producers to make beverages with alcohol content of up to 15%. The exceptional harvest in the region, marked by high temperatures, will increase sugar concentration in the grapes, which naturally raises the final alcohol level of the product.

Manuel earns €15,000 per month from a successful business that started at home: "I earn €500 per day"

Manuel, an entrepreneur from Palma de Mallorca, in Spain, started about ten years ago washing cars in his home garage, for friends and acquaintances, and transformed this activity into a business that earns between 10,000 and 15,000 euros per month, with daily revenues between 300 and 500 euros. His service evolved from conventional washes to more specialized detailing cleanings, serving between three and five cars per day, and he implemented a monthly subscription system (€15.99 for quick washes and €45.90 for complete cleaning). Despite the success, he faced bureaucratic difficulties, including the temporary closure of the establishment due to an urban planning infraction. Manuel estimates that a manual car wash business can start with an initial investment of five to ten thousand euros.
