Enrique Simó, a Spaniard who defines himself as having a rebellious spirit, abandoned his engineering studies, left home at a young age, and decided he did not want diplomas or certificates. Even though he had accumulated various jobs he considered interesting, he did not feel happy internally, reporting that everything he had done had not brought him more happiness; quite the opposite.
According to Simó, he felt more dependent on people, uncomfortable when alone, and always needed to be with someone. This dissatisfaction with conventional life led him to seek something different, initiating 40 years ago a spiritual path that completely transformed his existence.
He began his journey through yoga, studied Chinese medicine, massages, and shiatsu, and eventually joined the Brahma Kumaris spiritual movement, born in India, where he found the peace he was looking for. At age 27, he began giving workshops to school teachers in Andalusia, and later went on to give lectures.
