The singer João Gomes, piseiro star, is about to perform at Rock in Rio this Saturday (12), this time on the Sunset Stage alongside the Brazilian Orchestra. This will be an unprecedented show for the artist, who had already performed at the festival in 2022, when he took the Itaú Stage.
The show is scheduled for 8:10 PM, and hours before the performance, João Gomes used his social media to celebrate the occasion and share behind-the-scenes moments with the audience. In the video posted on Instagram, he appeared listening to the song "Continuação de um sonho" (Continuation of a Dream), by rapper BK.
In his post, the singer recalled his trajectory of success and made an emotional reflection about his life. "When I was a child, I never imagined so much for my life, but I wanted to be someone. I wanted to make my parents and family proud," wrote João Gomes, asking God to illuminate the Rock in Rio night.
