Mafra responded with danger, including a shot from Leandro Alves that hit the post, but couldn't equalize before halftime.
In the second half, at 52 minutes, João Daniel converted a penalty for Oliveirense, after a foul by Camara on Yefrei Rodríguez, making it 2-0. Mafra, forced to chase the result, made tactical changes and pushed higher up the pitch, managing to reduce the deficit at 70 minutes through captain Braíma Sambú, who took advantage of a rebound at the edge of the area to score with his foot on the ground.
In the final minutes, Oliveirense managed the pace with several substitutions to secure the victory, while Mafra insisted on searching for the equalizer without being able to create any real danger. Adama Ngom saw a yellow card already in stoppage time, and the match ended at 90'+5. With this defeat, Mafra has three points in the Series B of Liga 3 standings.
