The keys to new housing will be handed over to families of the municipality of Vila Nova de Foz Côa at a ceremony scheduled for 5:00 PM, at Rua do Picadeiro. The central moment will be the handing over of the keys to the beneficiary families, allowing them to start a new stage of life with access to adequate housing and better conditions of stability, security and quality of life.
The ceremony has the presence of the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz. The municipality highlights that this initiative represents much more than the simple assignment of a home, being the fulfillment of a public response oriented towards improving quality of life and social cohesion.
The 1st Right Program aims to support people and households who live in unworthy housing situations and who, due to lack of financial capacity, cannot independently access adequate housing.
For the municipality, the project translates into a commitment made to the population and also helps create conditions for more families to remain in Vila Nova de Foz Côa and build their future there.
