The production company Go Up, responsible for the film "Dark Horse," a biopic of former President Jair Bolsonaro, made significant payments related to the accommodation of actor Jim Caviezel in Brazil. The invoices and receipts reveal that the company made a payment of R$ 298 thousand with the description "Accommodation, tips and massages Jim" to Hotel Unique, one of the most luxurious in São Paulo. Jim Caviezel is the protagonist of the film and plays the former president in the work that has not yet been released.
According to a Coaf report to which the Federal Police had access, Go Up made nine transactions totaling R$ 906.7 thousand to the company Unique Serviços de Hotelaria. These payments are related to the investigation into the sending of parliamentary amendments by federal deputy Mario Frias, of PL-SP. Go Up is suspected of having benefited from these amendments.
