Minister André Mendonça, from the Supreme Federal Court, ordered the lifting of secrecy from investigations related to banker Daniel Vorcaro and the Banco Master case. The decision marks a new moment in the investigations into this case.
The order includes inquiries linked to the so-called Dark Horse case, which is also under investigation at the court. Additionally, the lifting of secrecy covers investigations involving other names in Brazilian politics.
Among the politicians affected by the decision are senators Ciro Nogueira and Jacques Wagner, former Rio de Janeiro governor Cláudio Castro, and former deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro. All have had their investigations partially revealed.
The documents and other evidence elements are still being made available by the Supreme Court, although the lifting of secrecy from the inquiries has already been officially confirmed.
