Marcus Buaiz is expanding his presence in the audiovisual sector. In addition to his business ventures and his participation as a guest shark on Shark Tank Brasil, the businessman is now taking a more strategic approach to cinema through Ventre Studio, a Brazilian studio in which he participates alongside João Queiroz, Giuliano Cedroni, Justine Otondo, and Celso Loducca, the latter serving as an advisor.
Ventre Studio has established an institutional partnership with the Hubert Bals Fund, a fund connected to the Rotterdam International Film Festival, one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world, recognized for its plurality of voices and perspectives. The partnership comes after the announcement of the projects selected by the fund for 2026, which supports independent productions from different parts of the globe.
With this closer relationship, Ventre Studio now has access to an international circuit dedicated to the development and production of auteur films. The proposal is to follow and support cinematographic projects from their earliest stages, strengthening connections between Brazilian filmmakers and the international film landscape.
