Six women were injured during a work accident that occurred during the grape harvest in Celorico de Basto. The accident happened on Wednesday afternoon, with the alert being given at 5:44 PM.
Two of the women involved in the accident suffered serious injuries. The remaining four women had injuries considered minor.
The victims were assisted at the scene by INEM and the fire brigade, and were later transported to hospital units to receive medical care. The authorities are investigating the causes of the work accident.
