The The Best Coffee network reached 63 units sold by September of its second year of operation, representing growth of 530% compared to the ten units negotiated in the first year, according to data released by the company itself. The performance occurs in a franchise market that recorded record revenue in 2025. According to a survey by the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF), Brazilian franchising moved R$ 301.7 billion in the period, a nominal increase of 10.5% compared to 2024, with 202,444 operations active in the country.

The food service segment grew 10.8% in the same period. The average opening rate for operations among brands associated with ABF was 18% throughout 2025, compared to 7.4% of closures, resulting in a positive balance of 10.6%.

For 2026, the association projects nominal growth of 8% to 10% in the franchising sector's revenue.

About 95% of the natural gas that entered Portugal in 2025 arrived through the Sines terminal, with Nigeria representing 50% of the discharges, the United States 43% and Russia 7%, according to ERSE. Forty-six discharges of methane vessels were carried out at the LNG terminal, seven fewer than in 2024, and three Russian ships discharged energy equivalent to 3.3 TWh, the same number and volume as in 2024.
