The Paço dos Duques de Bragança, in Guimarães, hosted the Solemn Investiture Session of New Members of the Academy of Diplomacy. This was the first time the institution held this event in the minhota city, outside its usual headquarters in Madrid. The ceremony featured representatives from 13 embassies, bringing together a significant number of participants for the occasion. The event took place in what is one of Portugal's most emblematic monuments, which gave a solemn character to the celebration. The choice of Guimarães as the location for this noteworthy session represents an important milestone for the city and the region, which has now joined the calendar of prestigious international diplomatic events.
