The Municipality of Ponte da Barca will provide weekly meditation classes open to the entire population, with special emphasis on the well-being of young people. The sessions will be guided by Fábio Ramunni, a professional with extensive experience in the field, and will incorporate Japa and Mantra practices focused on developing concentration, self-knowledge, and tranquility.
With the goal of supporting local students during a period of greater academic demand and exam preparation, the local authority has created an incentive for students in the 11th and 12th grades, offering them a 50% discount on the monthly fee. The regular program, which includes four classes per month, will cost 20 euros overall, dropping to 10 euros for students from the municipality.
Registrations run from September 14 to 30 at the Casa da Cultura of Ponte da Barca. Class schedules will be determined later at a joint meeting with the responsible teacher.
