The Porto City Council lifted the embargo on a construction situated near the City Park. The municipality clarified that legality was restored through the correction of the irregularities detected in the project.
The construction had been partially embargoed due to an 80-centimeter deviation in the maximum authorized height. The embargo applied only to part of the construction, making it a partial measure.
With the corrections made, the municipal authorities considered the situation regularized, thus allowing the resumption of construction work.
