The classes started with significant teacher shortage problems in several schools. According to the news, there are still approximately 2700 schedules to be filled, which indicates a considerable gap in the available teaching staff for the academic year.
At the same time, the ban on smartphones in the school environment came into effect, covering students up to 9th grade. This measure represents one of the main changes implemented at the beginning of the academic year regarding the internal regulations of schools.
The combination of these two factors — the scarcity of teachers and the new rules on mobile phone use — created a challenging context for the start of teaching activities. Schools thus face the challenge of ensuring the functioning of classes with limited human resources, while implementing the new technological restrictions.
