With a cost of living of R$40 thousand per month, find out how much Fiuk pays in rent in a luxury condominium

Fiuk, at 35 years old, revealed that he spends between R$40 thousand and R$50 thousand per month on his cost of living. The actor, son of singer Fábio Jr., lives alone in a rented mansion in a luxury condominium in Alphaville, an upscale neighborhood in the West Zone of São Paulo. Practically half of that amount goes toward rent, which consumes a large part of his monthly income.

The gated community where Fiuk resides is also home to other famous influencers, such as Carlinhos Maia and Camila Loures. The area was also home to Deolane Bezerra before her arrest. Rent for houses in the area ranges from R$16 thousand to R$22 thousand, while the monthly condominium fee costs approximately R$2 thousand.

Before participating in BBB 21, Fiuk lived with his father in Fábio Jr.'s mansion, which ended up being sold. After that, the former BBB contestant started living alone and sought a property with a garage to accommodate his vehicles, including cars worth up to R$550 thousand.

Fiuk was disinherited by Fábio Jr. and is facing a financial crisis, accumulating more than R$58 thousand in debt. The actor put a collectible item up for sale to try to pay off part of his financial obligations.
