The second weekend of Rock in Rio is expected to be marked by rain. The forecast is that Saturday (12) and Sunday (13) will have worse conditions, while Friday (11) should have the rain concentrated more in the morning. Besides the precipitation, the audience will also face temperatures below 20°C throughout the days.
To deal with the bad weather, the festival does not allow umbrellas, permitting only rain ponchos. The organization recommends that attendees come prepared with rain ponchos, comfortable closed-toe shoes, and sweaters.
In a statement sent to CBN, the event organizers advise the audience to prepare to ensure the best possible experience in all weather conditions. The festival reinforces that it has the support of meteorology specialists working in real time alongside the Operational Control Center to assist in operational decisions.
