Flavio Bolsonaro is being investigated by Brazil's Supreme Federal Court (STF) for alleged corruption and money laundering crimes. The son of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro is one of the targets of the mega-investigation related to Banco Master.

The investigation involves suspicions of illicit financial movements linked to Banco Master, a financial institution at the center of this large-scale case. Flavio Bolsonaro, in addition to being the son of the former president, is also a candidate for the presidency of Brazil, which gives this investigation particular political relevance.

The STF is the court with jurisdiction to try members of the National Congress and high-ranking authorities of the executive branch, which explains why the investigation against the presidential candidate is being handled by this highest judicial authority in the country.
