First Alert Dispatch — Leiria, Porto de Mós, Pedreiras

A first-level alert was dispatched for a brushfire in Pedreiras, in the municipality of Porto de Mós, district of Leiria. The alert was activated to respond to a fire that broke out in vegetation.

The authorities mobilized a total of 35 operatives to fight the fire. A total of 7 ground vehicles were also deployed to support the fire suppression operations.

In addition to ground resources, an aircraft was also dispatched for aerial support in fighting the fire. The response device thus includes human, ground and aerial resources to control the situation.
