The XIV edition of the solidarity initiative "Um Golo pela Vida" takes place on September 12th at Pavilhão Bartolomeu Perestrelo, in Funchal, Madeira. The event combines the practice of handball with a strong community solidarity component.
The initiative's main objective is the fight against cancer, once again bringing the Madeiran community together around a cause of great social relevance. This edition represents the continuation of a project that already has fourteen years of existence.
Pavilhão Bartolomeu Perestrelo thus serves as the stage for another edition of this initiative that seeks to combine sport and awareness of oncological disease, mobilizing the local population to support this cause.
