Júlia Pinheiro is a Portuguese presenter with over three decades of experience in television. Throughout her career, she has presented a wide variety of television formats, from more sensationalist programs to investigative journalism, including "Queridas Manhãs" and afternoon programs under her own name.

One of the most remarkable moments of her career was hosting "A Noite da Má Língua," a SIC program in the 90s that became iconic and marked the country. This format desecralized the way the political class was talked about on Portuguese television, presenting it with humor, boldness, and critical thinking.

Júlia herself acknowledges that this experience left her with what she calls "the bacteria of transgression," revealing the lasting influence that program had on her television approach. In the interview conducted by Bernardo Mendonça, Júlia also addresses questions about the future of television in a context of growing content consumption through YouTube and streaming platforms.
