The restaurant Sabores d'O Lavrador is located on Estrada Real, in Paramos, at the border of the parish with the neighboring city of Esmoriz. The establishment focuses on charcoal-grilled dishes, serving both fresh fish and meat.

The restaurant has been managed by the couple Maria Adelaide and Rui Oliveira for just over a year. Since they took over the management, they decided to focus on grilled dishes as the house specialty.

Over time, the charcoal-grilled squid has become the customers' favorite delicacy. The dish became so popular that it is served daily at the restaurant, including during lunch as the dish of the day.
