STEPH, the Ministry of Health and INEM will meet on Friday to try to reach an agreement that avoids the strike scheduled for September 14 and 28. This new round of negotiations comes in a context of labor conflict in the medical emergency sector.
The STEPH union maintains good expectations for the meeting, believing that it may be possible to find a solution that satisfies both parties and prevents the already scheduled days of action.
However, the union does not hold back in its criticism of the president of INEM, whom it accuses of "stubbornness" and of violating the right to strike. This accusation indicates that relations between STEPH and the institute's leadership remain tense, despite the negotiation efforts.
