Loulé City Hall concluded the first phase of rehabilitation of the Frederico Ulrich Neighborhood, with the delivery of 18 rehabilitated dwellings. This intervention represents an important milestone in the valorization of the municipality's housing stock.
The works carried out covered the full recovery of these dwellings, improving the living conditions of the residents in the area. The municipality invested in this first phase to meet the housing needs of the local population.
Following the conclusion of this stage, the local authority is already preparing the second phase of the project. This new intervention will cover 30 more homes, significantly expanding the impact of the urban rehabilitation program in the neighborhood.
The project demonstrates Loulé City Hall's commitment to urban regeneration and improving the quality of life of citizens, continuing to expand the program to more homes in the neighborhood.
