New restaurant by Diogo Rocha and Manuel Santos aims to put Porto Santo on the gastronomic map

Chef Diogo Rocha and businessman Manuel Santos opened the restaurant Origo 34 at Legacy Ithos, on the island of Porto Santo. The new gastronomic space aims to position the island as a reference destination for quality food.

The two partners bet on the combination between tradition, culinary technique and local ingredients to create a differentiated proposal. The objective is to transform gastronomy into one of the main attractions of the island, which until now was not especially known for its culinary scene.

Porto Santo, which is better known for its extensive sandy beaches, can thus gain a new identity regarding its tourist and cultural offering.
