"The world changed 25 years ago": Montenegro commemorates September 11 and highlights the importance of democracy and security values

Montenegro's Prime Minister commemorated the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, stating that "the world changed 25 years ago." The date marks a moment that, according to the official, continues to have a profound impact on global collective memory.
