The body of a man was dismembered and his remains were found in the Yesa reservoir, in the municipality of Sigüés, in Zaragoza. The Civil Guard and the Navarre Foral Police arrested a suspect for this crime.
The main evidence collected against the alleged perpetrator includes the analysis of the arrested person's mobile phone, which has been fundamental to the investigation.
Blood traces were also found in the home that the suspect shared with the victim, which reinforces the theory that the crime occurred at that location.
The purchase of a chainsaw by the arrested person constitutes another key element of the evidence pointing against the suspect, suggesting the method used to dismember the body.
