The festival takes place in the parish of Creixomil, where visitors can arrive in just over an hour's journey. The event program starts on Saturday at 2:30 PM with the corn cutting in the field, an activity that marks the beginning of the celebrations.
At the start of the event, participants are entitled to a traditional snack consisting of pataniscas, corn bread and wine, reinforcing the gastronomic and cultural character of this festival that values local products and practices.
