The historic center of Viana do Castelo welcomes from this Friday, September 11, the 9th edition of the urban festival Viana Bate Forte. The event will run for two days, transforming the city into a giant open-air stage, full of rhythm, culture and entertainment.

Over the two nights, 15 artists will perform across three distinct stages: Praça da República, Praça de Erva and Praça da Liberdade.

Tonight, the main stage at Praça da Liberdade hosts Santos & Pecadores at 8:30 PM, followed by Expensive Soul at 10:30 PM and the band Agir at 12:30 AM. At the República Stage, Diana Vilarinho takes the stage with fado at 9:30 PM, Souls of Fire with reggae at 11:30 PM, and O Abominável to close at 1:30 AM.

The Erva Stage, dedicated to alternative sounds and new talents, hosts tonight Youth, Mvria and Sarnadas, completing the musical programming of the first day of the festival.

Bragança hosts the sixth edition of Bragança ClassicFest between September 12 and December 15, which this year strengthens its international dimension with programming in Spain and the debut in Portugal of the Orchestra Virtuosi del Teatro alla Scala from Milan.
