25 days from the election, the Legislative Assembly of Rio (Alerj) lives a contrast between the electronic board and the reality of the plenary. With a reduced quorum, sessions have lasted between 20 and 30 minutes. The possibility of remote participation and voting was established by a resolution created during the Covid-19 pandemic.
