Petrobras will not raise gasoline price at refineries. At the pump, drop could be 2%

Petrobras announced on Wednesday a readjustment of R$ 0.19 per liter in gasoline sold at refineries, after the expansion of federal fuel subsidies by the government, but backed down the following day and removed the increase. With this, the liter of fuel at the refineries became R$ 0.19 cheaper, less than a month before the first round of elections. For the consumer, the price at the pumps could be 2% lower, according to estimates obtained by GLOBO.
