Cell phone of alleged PCC member arrested for trafficking in Massachusetts contained reference to 'General Harmony of the United States'

A 30-year-old Brazilian, Adinizio Vinicius Soares Dias Barbosa, known as Panda and described by the U.S. Department of Justice as a PCC leadership figure in the United States, pleaded guilty to drug and weapons trafficking charges. He allegedly supplied fentanyl and cocaine to a criminal network operating on the north coast of Massachusetts. Monitored by the FBI, he was stopped on July 1st on a highway in South Carolina, attempted to flee on foot after the vehicle search, but was detained.
