The Ministry of Education managed to place 1700 teachers on the eve of the start of the school year. This information comes only three days after the Minister of Education warned that 2 thousand teachers were still missing from the system.
The problem of the lack of teachers was mitigated through the Recruitment Reserve 2, a mechanism that allowed for a significant part of the identified needs to be met. This placement process took place right on the start date of classes.
