The broker Diot-Siaci inaugurated its Lisbon office this Monday, presenting Portuguese Pedro Rocha as Iberia General Director. The company is the largest broker in the French market and has a strong international presence. Rocha commented that the challenge is demanding and stimulating, in a market full of opportunities, and that there is the opportunity to contribute to a more international, integrated and ambitious vision of the Group.
Pedro Rocha graduated from the University of Lisbon and holds a postgraduate degree from ISCTE. His professional career in the insurance sector included stints at Cosec, Mawdy and Coface before joining Diot-Siaci.
According to 2025 figures, Diot-Siaci leads the brokerage sector in France, ahead of companies such as WTW, Marsh, AON and Verspieren. It became the third largest French broker to enter Portugal, after Verlingue and Verspieren.
The entry into Portugal will be through MSH, a company of the group specialized in the design and management of international health insurance and social protection solutions for people in international mobility. This company operates in more than 190 countries, covers more than 700,000 insured and has 12 centers of excellence worldwide.
