Wind turbine blade transport: second phase this Sunday

ENEREEM, a company of the Madeira Electricity Group (EEM), will begin next Sunday, September 13th, the second phase of the wind turbine blade transport operation. This operation aims to transport components for wind energy projects in the region.

During that day, traffic will be restricted between 05:00 and 17:00. The operation will take place starting from Ribeira Brava, affecting the VE3 sections, namely between Ribeira Brava and other points of the road.

This is the second phase of a logistics operation involving the transport of large wind turbine blades, which requires traffic restrictions to ensure the safety of all road users. The company advises drivers of the need to respect the temporary signage during the indicated period.
