Volvo Cars and its high-performance electric brand Polestar revealed the "Formula 2030" program, which anticipates the design of future Polestar 2 and Polestar 7 models. This program comes as an innovation platform that will allow the company to design and develop electric vehicles with a long-term vision until 2030.
The prototype developed under this program will have its world premiere later this year, marking a significant step in Polestar's electrified strategy. The event will be of great importance for the electric automobile industry.
Before the official presentation to the public, an early presentation to commercial partners is scheduled at the company's headquarters, located in Sweden. This restricted reveal will allow partners to learn firsthand about the technological advances and design that will be implemented in the brand's upcoming models.
The "Formula 2030" initiative reflects Polestar's ambition to position itself as a leader in the high-performance electric vehicle segment, establishing clear goals for the next decade and preparing the path for the next generation of the brand's models.
