Three-year-old baby victim of alleged sexual abuse

A three-year-old baby was allegedly sexually abused by the uncle in Felgueiras. The family took the child to the local hospital, where the GNR was called and the case was reported to the Judicial Police. The baby was later transferred to Penafiel Hospital. The PJ is investigating the circumstances of the case, which will go to the Family and Minors Court, since the alleged aggressor is only 12 years old.

Forest agent attacked on highway by wounded leopard after being hit by vehicle; see video

A Department of Forestry agent was attacked by a wounded leopard on a highway near Anagodu, India. The feline had been hit by a vehicle and was trapped in a ditch by the roadside. During the rescue operation, the team tried to sedate the animal, but before the sedative took effect, the leopard aggressively lunged at one of the officers, knocking him down on the asphalt. Bystanders managed to distract the feline with sticks, allowing the victim to escape. The sedative eventually took effect and the leopard was captured and taken for medical treatment.
