The solution being considered may involve using water from Castelo de Bode and/or capturing water directly from the Tagus River. These are the two main alternatives that the responsible entities will analyze during the established period.
The entities given the deadline now have four months to develop and submit a concrete proposal that allows guaranteeing water supply to the south bank of the Tagus, an area that has faced difficulties in water supply.
