Lanheses Health Center renovation works have already begun

The renovation works of the Lanheses Health Center, in the municipality of Viana do Castelo, began this week. The investment is around 325 thousand euros and the intervention is promoted by the City Council of Viana do Castelo.

The main objective of the requalification is to improve the operating conditions of the health center, providing users and staff with greater comfort, safety and accessibility.

The works will cover the exterior surrounding area of the building, including the improvement of accesses and the upgrading of facades. The replacement of the roof and the renovation of windows and blinds are also planned.

Furthermore, improvements will be made in terms of air conditioning, ventilation, domestic hot water, lighting and energy efficiency of the building.
