E-REDES inaugurated this Wednesday a new substation in the municipality of Grândola. The infrastructure represents a four-million-euro investment by the company.

The new substation will allow the supply of 3,700 homes and 46 companies in the region. This reinforcement of the electrical grid aims to improve the energy supply in the municipality of Grândola.

The company E-REDES was responsible for disseminating this information regarding the completion and commissioning of the new electrical infrastructure.

A Revolut study reveals that Portuguese families hold 89.1 billion euros in current account deposits, losing approximately 706 euros annually for every 10,000 euros in potential earnings by not investing in diversified markets. The institution warns that, with one-year deposit rates around 2% and inflation at 2.2%, idle money loses real purchasing power, and that mobilizing these savings for investments could generate 6.3 billion euros in annual growth capital.
