The Institute of Registries and Notary (IRN) announced a programmed technical intervention in the vehicle registration system, which will temporarily affect the online services of the Online Automobile platform. The interruption will begin at 4 PM on September 11 and will continue until midnight on September 20.
During this period, requests for the Single Vehicle Document (DUA) and vehicle registrations with specific series license plates will not be available. However, citizens may continue to submit requests related to license plates that are not part of the series covered by the intervention.
After September 20, online services will resume normal operation, allowing the submission of requests from September 21 onwards. The IRN recommends that users plan their transactions and registration operations in advance in order to minimize any inconvenience.
It is important to note that, despite the suspension of online services, in-person service at conservatories and Citizen Shops will remain operational without any interruption throughout this period.
