An 80-year-old woman died during a birthday lunch at a restaurant in Fafe. The victim was celebrating her 80th birthday when she suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest.
The incident occurred in front of her husband, who was accompanying the woman at the moment she collapsed. Authorities were alerted to the occurrence at the restaurant.
Emergency services were dispatched to the location, but it was no longer possible to reverse the situation, and the woman died at the scene. The body remained at the restaurant while awaiting the arrival of the competent authorities to proceed with the usual procedures in such cases.
