The Aquafish0.0 project is developing a study to better understand the fish consumption habits of the population of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The research also aims to assess the knowledge and perceptions of the population about aquaculture and about the valorization of fish by-products. ARDITI - Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation is a partner of this project. The study is part of the objectives of Aquafish0.0, which is dedicated to promoting greater acceptance and social awareness regarding aquaculture.
