The musical "Come From Away" premiered in Portugal on September 10, at Capitólio, in Lisbon, where it remained on stage until October 4. The production is based on a true story related to the September 11, 2001 attacks.

The Portuguese version of the show is entirely spoken in Portuguese and features live musical accompaniment, maintaining the essence of the original production.

Before the premiere, the team responsible for the musical spoke with SAPO, considering the work as "an important story" to be shared with the Portuguese audience.
