The president of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Edson Fachin, granted a 48-hour deadline for the director-general of the Federal Police, Andrei Rodrigues, to respond before making a decision about his remaining in office.
Andrei Rodrigues is at the center of a dispute that puts his future as head of the PF in suspense. The case awaits a judicial ruling.
