The Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) requested from the Supreme Federal Court (STF), on Wednesday, access to documents related to the Banco Master case that led to the crisis experienced by the Court. The entity wants access to the case files of the investigations that led to the clash between Justices André Mendonça and Alexandre de Moraes, including those under seal.

In the same petition, the OAB requested that the Attorney General, Paulo Gonet, refrain from acting in the case involving the fallout from Operation Compliance Zero. The bar argued that impartiality is necessary in the conduct of the case.

The OAB also requested the archiving of the Fake News inquiry. Among the other requests is the opening of investigations to probe possible illegal acts related to the facts, without distinction based on the position or function of the authorities involved.
