The parish of Salir hosts its traditional fair between September 12 and 14, which includes typical gastronomy, regional crafts, sporting activities and concerts. Every day, starting at 7pm, visitors can find stalls with regional products and crafts, as well as Dallas Circus shows at 6:30pm and street entertainment by the Satori Artistic Association.
On Saturday, activities begin at 9am with a 7-a-side Football Tournament. The evening features performances by "Ao Luar Teatro", Ruka Solo Act, Noninho Navarro at 10pm as the main concert, American House Party and DJ Paulo Rossi.
On Sunday, the IV Marcha/Corrida da Feira de Salir takes place at 6pm, followed by Rancho Típico Sambrasense, a dance with Emanuel and Tânia, and a concert by the band Os Alentons at 10:30pm.
On Monday, the programme includes street entertainment by Filipe Romão, the group Os Alfarroba with traditional music, a dance with Ruben Filipe and closing performance by Jorge Guerreiro. The fair is organised by the Junta de Freguesia de Salir with support from the Municipality of Loulé.
