Daimler Truck to close technological center tb.lx in Lisbon

Observador9 September 2026 at 15:48

Daimler Truck is to close the tb.lx technological center in Lisbon. The decision was announced and represents a setback in the company's presence in the country.

The Lisbon technological center was installed in Portugal in 2018, having operated for several years as an innovation hub for Daimler Truck.

The closure decision affects around a hundred workers who were assigned to the technological center in the Portuguese capital.

With this closure, Daimler Truck reduces its presence in Portugal, putting an end to a project that had been launched about six years ago in the country.
